Our canton includes Rowan and portions of Cabarrus and Iredell counties in North Carolina, and is a chapter of the Society for Creative Anachronism, the international organization dedicated to recreating the Middle Ages. We’re in the Barony of the Sacred Stone, which is part of the Kingdom of Atlantia, which encompasses Maryland, DC, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Augusta GA.

The Society for Creative Anachronism is the largest pre-17th Century historical recreation organization in the world. Come, join us and fight with swords and rapiers. Joust on horseback, dance medieval dances, sing traditional songs, and learn weaving, calligraphy, pottery, music, and other skills of the pre-modern world.
